We agree, I think, in different ways on the idea that our response to anger is what matters; suppression (harm to ourselves) and violence (harm to others and society) being the opposite harmful extremes. Emotions like anger come to us without us asking for them. Our response is on us, for better or worse for ourselves and those around us.

As for what is happening now because of it, I don't think it's "all" good. We will just have to disagree on that, I don't plan to argue the point with you.
