I’m still at a loss for how this would or could be implemented (at gunpoint/by force?). It seems to violate human nature as I understand it. Most of us are willing to help those who can’t but attitudes about fairness make helping those who won’t a different matter. Who feeds, houses and cares for the refusing to contribute people and where do those resources come from? It’s definitely something I’ve never seen before.
