I read it. A doctor, not a psychiatrist, with a woman and a transwoman (same for men and transmen) sees two different patients. If the transwoman went through puberty as a male more changes there will be male characteristics other than testosterone and while reducing testosterone is a big deal, it isn’t the only deal.
For athletics so far there are HS transgirls winning who were mediocre as male athletes. Since trans athletes are a relatively new phenomenon we haven’t yet seen what happens when an elite male athlete doses down testosterone and competes against women. Bruce Jenner had long left athletics by the time he decided he identified as a woman so that opportunity is gone.
