Forty nine years ago I, a white guy, married a brown Southeast Asian woman. It was far less common in those days. At a family reunion I got to hear, “you can sure tell which kids are David’s.” The things you mention were quite common then but interracial marriage has become quite common and the things you worry about are less common. My grandchildren have grandma’s eyes so if you let yourself worry about such things your worry will last a lifetime and span generations. My kids are fine, yours probably will be too.

Retired and living my golden years in a world full of angry people.
